Description

I made a background quite so quick... I'll put the WiP in scraps. So this'll be my 100th deviation sort of. Now, this is Sir Kane Atheas Bors, my OC Kane ([link]) in SatBK version, with his own story!

Background story, please note that It is not really acording exactly to the authorian legend. For instance, in my story there's two Sir Percival. You'll soon know why if you keep reading. Also... it's really long... and shortned... it's not the whole story...

Sir Kane Atheas Bors young years and childhood are unknown to evryone but himself. But a small piece of it is known. He was an apprentice knight under Sir Adam, The Genesis Knight. Sir Adam was the greatest of all knights... defeating his foes with little effort and enourmus skill. He was wise and kind, and his experience outmatched that of evryone else. It was said that he were more likely to win wars with his mere pressence rather than with his sword. One day, Sir Adam dissapeard. The world cried out for his return, and many quest to find him were made. But he were no where to be seen, so the world claimed him dead and moved on, forgetting the one person whom had been with Sir Adam the most... Sir Kane. Kane traveld to the many corners of the world, fighting for many kingdoms, facing thousands of foes. While traveling to who-knows-where, he stumbled upon a battle between two armies. As it turned out, an army from the underworld were attacking the kingdom of King Arthur. Without hesitation he charged to join the battle, with huge effect. He rode straight into the underworld army and slaughterd any enemy in his path. The army of king Arthur were stunned by the mere sight of this knight who singlehandly fought the underworld army. With new streanght the army charged to join him. The were victorious, and Sir Kane were given the offer to join King Arthur's Knights of the Round Table as High Knight. Kane accepted the offer, and from that day forward he was know as: "Sir Kane the Knight of Fury, High Knight of the Round Table". Kane served Arthur at the best of his abilities, fighting were he was sent to fight, deafeating enemies he were told to defeat, protecting the kingdom and much, much more. He became a popular knight among the Knights of the Round Table. The knights often came to him for advice or to spar in a duel. One knight by the name of Patrick Percival (whom would be "Blaze" Percivals father), became a very close friend to Kane. The became "brothers". A coupple of years after Kane bacame a knight, he were sent to summon his dear friend to a meating. Patrick had, despite the fact that he shouldn't, goten married and had a young dughter, who they called "Perci" (Percival), and had been put out of duty for a while as punishment. His duties were now once again required, and Kane longed for reuniting with his fellow "brother". When he reached his friends small farm however, he became schocked. The farm were on fire. Kane hurried and were quick enough to save young "Perci" from the flames. But he were struck with confuision and sadness when he found his friend dead on the ground, killed. Soon after the killer came forth, only to kill "Perci's" mother infront of Kanes eyes (Kane were quick enough to cover his hands infront of "Perci's" eyes). The killer turned out to be the leader of a band of rouges and bandits, whom had been payed to kill Sir Patrick Percival. He were planning to kill Kane as well for extra cash. He never had the chance. Kane told "Perci" to cover her ears and close her eyes. Then he Began the merciless slaugther. After the tragedy was over, he took in "Perci" under his protection and care, making her his apprentice. He later tried to adopt her but were denied by King Arthur. He still became a father figure for "Perci", but he was a high knight and she was very young. He could not take care of her al the time. Luckily, Kane had an employee, a white female cat (name not yet decided) who cleaned up after Kane, coocked his food, acted as his assistant (she was a good writer) and various other stuff. She took care of "Perci" when Kane couldn't. She teached "Perci" how to read and write, as well as math and other things, while Kane teached her the art of swordsmanship and the way of the knight, as well as geografy and some history. Kanes fellow knights often joked with him saying "hows your wife doing". A joke he often frowned angrily at, often ending with the joker slowly backing away. A few years later he were sent by King Arthur to fight a war with a kingdom who had made open hostalities against Arthurs kingdom and who had attacked one of Arthurs allies. Kane promised by his honor that he would personly lead the attack and defeat the enemy, he promised that he would personly place Arthurs flag on top of the enemy capital's castle, and he promised to personly return to deliver the news about his victory. The problem with Kane, is that he values his honor above al else (acording to himself) and he ALWAYS! keeps his word. A year after his departure he returned to Camelot. He was spotted before reached the castle by a guard who reported his arrival, and Arthur, "Perci" and many others ran to the gate to greet the returning knight. Many people cryied out of happiness and cheared as he came in through the gate on his horse. But something seamed wrong with him. When "Perci" came running to meet him, he simply looked up... then fell heavily on the ground. "Perci" and Sir "Pyro", one of Kanes old apprentices who recently had become a knight of the Round Table, were quickly there at Kanes side. "Pyro" turned him over and removed his helm, only to reveal that Kanes left arm were no longer there, as well as his left eye. His wounds were quickly taken care of, but he remained uncouncious for two days. When he woke up he asked for King Arthur, and when Arthur were pressent, Kane said "My King... I have achieved victory in the name of our Kingdom". Kane continued to be a knight despite the loss of his arm and eye...

When Arthur began to corrupt, Kane was sent to fight a war along with many other knights. Kane dissliked it alot and were very suspicious about the cause, but he obeyed. When he returned to Camelot, The old King Arthur was dead and Sonic was king. Kane now wanted to put this new king to the test... the way he saw fitting.

I might tell more tales about Sir Kane... almost felt like doing a comic... wanna know more?

I'm not entirerly pleased with this picture... fortunetly I made a new save file when doing the background! So i'll return to do another background at some point! One that's better.
